The US government is playing some kind of game with intelligence acquired by the CIA and DHS and NSA.  They have the ability to capture signals intelligence, information from embedded sources, and analysis from foreign and national news (broadcast, print media, and the web).  Yet, the agencies always appear to back away from a terrorist subject even after they’ve identified them as dangerous.

If you haven’t viewed DHS analyst Philip Haney’s piece, look it over first, then watch the CIA Director that they haven’t been able to make a dent in the capability of ISIS to wage jihad and murder innocents.
